Stepping Stone Community Services is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality, cost effective medical care. We accept all major credit cards as well as checks and cash.
Please verify that we are a participating provider in your insurance plan before arriving at our office. Any co-pays or deductibles due are expected to be paid at the time of service.
Follow these simple steps to insure proper coverage:
Call your insurance carrier to verify our physicians are on your plan
Be sure to bring your insurance card to your first visit.
Many people have insurance policies that aid in the cost of their medical care. Please remember that insurance is meant to reimburse the provider for services obtained by the patient and is not a substitute for payment.
We are providers for a number of insurance companies in which case we can bill your insurance company directly for any charges above the copay amount or deductible. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, copay, or any balance not paid by your insurance at the time of your visit.
If we are not a provider on your insurance plan, we will still bill your insurance as a courtesy; however, you are responsible for paying for your visit at the time of service.
We understand that finances can be a sensitive issue, but we encourage you to reach out to our billing department if you are having any difficulties paying your bill.

Self Pay - With or Without Insurance
We offer self pay options. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to seek therapy. And more importantly, you should never avoid seeking necessary mental health services due to a lack of coverage. If you don’t currently have health insurance, these options may help you locate — and afford — quality mental health services.
